The Well Child Tamariki Ora programme is a series of health visits and support that's free to all families, from around 6 weeks up to 5 years of age.
It includes the free B4 School Check, a health and development check for 4-year-olds.
How to claim it

Your midwife usually refers you to a Well Child Tamariki Ora provider.

Book visits with your provider (such as Plunket) on the recommended schedule.
