Birthday freebies made for kids
Chuck E. Cheese Birthday Club: kids ages 1 to 17 get 30 minutes of free play plus free cotton candy, sent by email and valid for two weeks. Register at least 7 days before the birthday.
Build-A-Bear "Count Your Candles": during your child's birthday month, pay your child's age in dollars for a Birthday Treat Bear, in store. You need a free Bonus Club account (the account holder must be 18+ and come along).
Red Robin: through the free Royalty program, kids 17 and under get $7 off (with a $4.99 minimum purchase) once during their birthday month. It's dine-in only, and the birthday kid has to be there.
Birthday rewards tied to your account
These come from restaurant loyalty programs. The reward arrives on the birthday saved in the account, which is usually the account holder's own. Treat them as a parent perk, or a teen perk if your child is old enough for their own account under the program's terms.

Theme parks and attractions
- Disney World and Disneyland: kids under 3 don't need a ticket, any day of the year.
- LEGOLAND: doesn't offer free birthday admission, but kids under 2 get in free.
- SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa (Florida residents): the free Preschool Card gives kids 5 and under free admission. The 2026 card has closed and the 2027 card is coming soon.
Freebies that changed or ended
